Maryellen D. McEachen, Principal and Chief Operating Officer, directs the day-to-day operations of the firm, including client and consultant relations. She is responsible for the design and implementation of operational standards and controls to enhance the effectiveness of processes and to ensure quality and timeliness. Prior to joining STW in 1999, Maryellen was the Manager of Finance and Administration at Ontario Association of Medical Laboratories. Maryellen holds a BA in Mathematics from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Western Ontario, London, Canada. She passed the CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) Principles examination in 2006.



Laura Williams



Laura M. Williams, Vice President, is involved in Client Service. Prior to joining STW in 2004, Laura was Manager, Corporate Finance and Investments, at Avery Dennison Corporation, where she oversaw the pension plan and co-managed the company’s global cash position. In this role, she also implemented Sarbanes-Oxley across all functions within the Treasury Department. Preceding this position, Laura was a Corporate Auditor for Avery Dennison, where she performed both operational and financial audits at Avery facilities worldwide. Before joining Avery, Laura was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Laura obtained her MBA from the University of Southern California and her BS in Finance with a concentration in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University.
