Erin K. Chrislock, Principal, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, joined STW in 2006. As CCO, Erin oversees STW’s compliance program and is responsible for developing and administering firm-wide policies designed to prevent violation of securities laws and for ensuring that all pertinent legal and regulatory requirements are satisfied. As General Counsel, Erin directs STW’s legal activities and provides legal counsel to management. Prior to joining STW, Erin practiced corporate and securities law at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP and O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Erin’s practice has focused on investment advisors, investment companies, finance, mergers and acquisitions and general business matters. She earned her BA from University of California, Santa Cruz (honors) and her JD from Cornell University (magna cum laude and Order of the Coif). Erin is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
