John Barclay Rodgers, CFA, Principal, Portfolio Manager and Quantitative Investment Analyst, joined STW in 2002 after seven years as Vice President, Quantitative Research Department at Zurich Scudder Investments. At Zurich Scudder, J.B. was responsible
for a broad range of analytical projects and managed a non-dollar fixed income mutual fund. Previously, he held the position of Vice President in the Fixed Income Research Department at Goldman Sachs, where he helped develop a variety of proprietary analytical tools including applications
for derivatives and mortgage securities. Earlier, he was an Investment Intern at Aetna Investment Management Group, and Economic Analyst at Shearson Lehman Brothers. J.B. obtained his MS in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago in 2001, his MBA in Finance from the University
of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business in 1989 and his BA in Economics from Wesleyan University in 1985.
